At our practice, our Podiatrists utilize diagnostic ultrasound to determine many different bone and soft tissue foot and ankle pathologies The procedure is completely non-invasive, painless and is performed right in our office. 

Within a few minutes, we are able to evaluate and diagnose a multitude of problems such as neuromas, tendonitis, bursitis, bone spurs, ulcers, arthritis and plantar fasciitis and how extensive the pathology may be.

The images are captured to our patients' charts and we then have an opportunity to discuss and implement a comprehensive treatment plan immediately. 

The ultrasound machine is also sometimes utilized in very specifically placed therapeutic injections if needed and is covered by most insurances. Contact us for more information.
